2 bootcamp classes per week
  • 30 minute “express” classes
  • Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00PM
  • Workout will include body weight, or light weight, exercises for all levels of ability and fitness.
  • Designed to help you build strength and endurance in a non-competitive, motivating class.
2 spin classes per week
  • 45 minute, high intensity spin classes
  • Designed to allow you to ride at your own pace, set your own resistance, and workout as hard as you need, while still being challenged with a fun class!
